CRITICAL INCIDENTS/ TRAUMA


Traumatic incidents often happen quickly and unexpectedly, the affects can be devastating, continuing way beyond the actual event itself. Sometimes events link leaving individuals confused and disoriented. Quantum's approach is that, after a suitable and appropriate time, a defusion should take place to best assist to get back into balance, with both their health, family and work place.

CONFIDENTIALITY


Confidentiality is key to any counselling situation. At Quantum, all counsellors will work to the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) Code of Practice and Ethics. From the first meeting, the boundaries of confidentiality will be fully covered.

We encourage feedback on any of our services as, at Quantum, we believe that this will improve and inform our professional practices.

COMPLAINTS


It is Quantum’s aim to meet the highest professional standards. Any complaints will be dealt with in accordance with BACP guidelines.
